ZSTD_estimateCCtx_advanced()

ZSTD_estimateCCtx() is now a "simple" function,
taking int compressionLevel as single argument.

ZSTD_estimateCCtx_advanced() takes a CParams argument,
which is both more complete and more complex to generate.
