[libzstd] Remove ZSTDMT from the shared object

Browse Source 
* Remove ZSTDMT from the shared object by default.
* Provide a macro `ZSTD_LEGACY_MULTITHREADED_API` to override it.
* Document it in `lib/README.md`.
